Membership Terms

These Membership Terms govern your participation in the Angelica's Circle membership (“membership”) offered by SAVOIR INFINI LLC (“Angelica's Boutique,” “we,” or “us”). They are incorporated into and subject to our Terms of Service. By enrolling, you agree to these terms.

Plain-English summary (not a substitute for the full terms below): Angelica's Circle is $29.99 per month. There is no free trial. You are charged $29.99 today and $29.99 on the same date each month after that, until you cancel. Cancel any time in one click at angelica-boutique.com/account/subscription, with no phone calls, no surveys, and no fees. The charge appears on your statement as ANGELICABOUTIQUE.

1. Membership Description

Angelica's Circle is a paid monthly subscription that provides members with the following benefits while the membership is active and in good standing:

• 50% discount on all eligible Angelica's Boutique keepsakes, applied automatically at checkout
• Free standard shipping on all domestic US orders
• Early access to new collections, typically two weeks before general release
• A gentle monthly digital letter from Angelica
• A birthday gift for members
• Priority customer support

2. No Free Trial

Angelica's Circle is a straightforward paid membership. There is no free trial and no delayed billing. Your first charge occurs on the day you enroll, and your member benefits, including your 50% discount, are available immediately and apply to your first order.

3. Billing and Charges

When you enroll, your designated payment method is charged $29.99. Thereafter, you are charged $29.99 on the same calendar date each month (your “billing date”), until you cancel.

If your billing date falls on a day that does not exist in a given month (for example, the 31st), you are charged on the last day of that month. All charges are in US Dollars, and you are responsible for any applicable taxes. The charge appears on your statement as ANGELICABOUTIQUE.

If a charge fails (for example, an expired card), we will retry up to three times over seven days and notify you by email. If payment cannot be collected, your membership is paused until a valid payment method is provided.

4. Cancellation

You may cancel at any time by visiting angelica-boutique.com/account/subscription and clicking “Cancel Membership.” One confirmation click is all that is required. There are no phone calls, surveys, retention offers, or multi-step cancellation flows.

Upon cancellation, your membership and all benefits remain active through the end of the current paid billing period, and you are not charged for any subsequent month. You may also cancel by emailing info@angelica-boutique.com from the email address on your account. We process the request within 24 hours and confirm by email.

5. Refunds

• Cancellation within 30 days of a monthly charge: a full refund of that charge is issued on request.
• Monthly charges older than 30 days: non-refundable, but benefits remain active through the end of the paid period.

6. Discount Application

The 50% member discount applies to the listed retail price of eligible keepsakes at the time of purchase. It does not apply to shipping, tax, gift cards, or the membership fee itself, and may not be combined with other promotional codes unless explicitly stated. The discount applies to purchases made while your membership is active, and standard pricing resumes immediately after cancellation.

7. Automatic Renewal Disclosure (ROSCA)

In accordance with the Restore Online Shoppers' Confidence Act (ROSCA), 15 U.S.C. § 8403, and applicable automatic-renewal laws, we disclose the following material terms:

• This is a subscription with automatic recurring billing.
• The charge amount is $29.99 per month.
• Billing begins on the day you enroll, and recurs monthly until you cancel.
• You may cancel at any time to avoid future charges.
• Cancellation is available online at angelica-boutique.com/account/subscription, with no phone call required.

8. Changes to Membership Terms or Pricing

We will provide at least 30 days' advance notice of any price increase by email to your registered address. Continued membership after the effective date constitutes acceptance of the new price. We may modify benefits with 14 days' notice. If material benefits are reduced, you may cancel within 30 days of the change and receive a prorated refund for the unused portion of the current billing period.

9. Governing Law

These Membership Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Mexico. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Bernalillo County, New Mexico.
