How much is it, and what do I get?+
Membership is $29.99 per month. You receive a standing 50% discount on every keepsake, free shipping on all orders, early access to new collections two weeks before everyone else, a monthly digital letter from Angelica, a birthday gift, and priority support. Your discount applies to your very first order.
When am I charged?+
You are charged $29.99 on the day you join, and then once a month on that same date, until you cancel. There is no free trial and no delayed billing. You can always see your next charge date in your account under My Subscription.
How do I cancel my membership?+
Cancelling is one click. Go to My Account, then My Subscription, then click "Cancel Membership." A confirmation appears, and one more click confirms it. Your member benefits remain active until the end of the month you have already paid for. You receive a confirmation email right away. No phone calls, no surveys, no retention tactics.
What happens to my discount if I cancel?+
Your 50% member discount stays active until the end of your current paid month. After that, prices return to standard retail. Anything you already bought at member pricing is unaffected. If you rejoin later, your discount reactivates immediately.
Can I get a refund on a membership charge?+
Yes. If you cancel within 30 days of a monthly charge, contact us at info@angelica-boutique.com and we will refund that charge in full. See our Refund Policy for the full details.
Ordering
How do I place an order?+
Browse the shop, add items to your cart, and go to checkout. It takes about two minutes: enter your contact information, shipping address, and payment details. If you are a member, your discount is applied automatically. Guest checkout is available, so no account is required.
Can I change or cancel an order after placing it?+
We pack orders quickly, usually within one business day. If you need to change or cancel, email us right away at info@angelica-boutique.com and we will do our best to help before it ships. Once an order has shipped we cannot change it, but our 30-day return policy still applies.
Is my payment information secure?+
Yes. All payments are processed over bank-level encrypted connections. We do not store your full card number, only a secure token from our payment processor. Our checkout is PCI DSS compliant.
Shipping
How long does shipping take?+
We ship from within the United States. Orders are packed within one to two business days and typically arrive in two to five business days after that. Members receive free shipping on every order. For non-members, shipping is free on orders over $50; otherwise a small flat rate applies.
Do you ship internationally?+
At this time we ship within the United States only. If you are outside the US and would like to order, email us at info@angelica-boutique.com and we will let you know if we can help.
How do I track my order?+
Once your order ships, you will receive an email with a tracking link. If you have an account, you can also track it under My Account, then Order History.
Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?+
We offer 30-day, no-questions-asked returns on all physical keepsakes. Items should be in their original, unused condition. We provide a prepaid return label, so returning something costs you nothing. Refunds are issued within 5 to 10 business days of us receiving the return.
Do I need a reason to return something?+
No. If a keepsake is not right for you within 30 days of delivery, send it back. No explanation is needed.
What if my item arrives damaged?+
We are so sorry if that happens. Please photograph the damage and email us at info@angelica-boutique.com within 48 hours of delivery, and we will send a replacement right away, with no need to return the damaged item.

Are your gemstones real, natural stones?+
Yes. Our amethyst and rose quartz pieces are made with genuine natural stones. Because they are natural, the color and pattern of each stone varies slightly, which is part of their charm. We describe them for their beauty and craftsmanship, and we do not make any health or energy claims about them.
Are the Daily Reflection Cards a form of fortune-telling?+
No. The Daily Reflection Card Deck is a set of gentle journaling and reflection prompts, meant to encourage a calm, thoughtful pause. The cards are not tarot, oracle, or divination cards, and they do not predict anything. They are simply a kind way to begin the day.
How should I care for my jewelry?+
Keep sterling silver and gemstone pieces dry, remove them before showering or swimming, and avoid direct contact with perfume and lotion. Store them flat in the pouch provided, and polish silver gently with a soft cloth to keep it bright. Care details are listed on each product page.
Are these keepsakes intended to treat or heal anything?+
No. Our keepsakes are decorative and devotional gifts, offered for personal comfort, reflection, and gift-giving. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any condition, and we do not promise any specific outcome.

Do I need an account to shop?+
No. Guest checkout is fully supported. Creating an account does give you order history, saved addresses, and easy membership management, and it takes less than a minute.
How do I reset my password?+
Click "Forgot Password" on the login page and enter your email. You will receive a reset link within a few minutes. If you do not see it, check your spam folder or email us at info@angelica-boutique.com.
